Welcome to WooDashPro, a plugin developed and provided by Mercodev. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user of the plugin, and us, the provider, regarding the purchase, installation, use, and continued access of WooDashPro. Payment and Renewals

By completing a purchase, you agree to provide accurate billing details and authorize us or our third-party payment providers to process your payment. Unless explicitly stated in a written refund policy, all payments made for WooDashPro are considered final and non-refundable. If you subscribe to a recurring plan, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. Failure to cancel before the renewal date will result in charges for the subsequent billing cycle.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to WooDashPro, including but not limited to its design, functionality, source code, branding, logos, and accompanying documentation, remain the sole property of Mercodev. By purchasing WooDashPro, you do not acquire any ownership rights over the plugin or its underlying technology. Indemnification

Termination

Upon termination, your license will immediately be revoked, and you must uninstall and delete all copies of WooDashPro from your systems. Termination does not entitle you to a refund, and you remain liable for any obligations or damages resulting from your actions prior to termination.
